Internet

The college has one Internet operator on the staffs, who trains the faculty in the use of the Internet. Nearly 90% of the faculty is now well-acquainted with the Internet operation. The college has BSNL, 10 Mbps leased line Internet connectivity. Internet connection is provided in every administrative and academic department, library and girls hostels. In addition, One Tata broadband Internet service connection is also available.

Earn and Learn

Earn and learn scheme has been introduced since the inception of the institution to provide education to economically weaker and deprived students. The scheme is allotted to the students as and when demanded. The committee monitors the activities of the scheme with the help of student reprentatives throughout the year. The students are assigned duties in library, laboratories, office, garden, security, etc.

Mess and Canteen

Mess committee meets once in a month to discuss various issues raised by the student representatives. Mess committee members surprisingly visit mess and canteen for checking the quality of food. The mess manager and canteen supervisor are duly informed to take necessary steps for improvement.

Gymnasium and Playground

A separate gymnasium hall (---sq.mtr.) euipped with gymnastic and physical conditioning equipements is available solely for the students. This hall also utilized for Badminton, Wresting, Table Tennis, Carom, Chess and Gymnastics etc. Not only regular activities but also sports are important in the physical development of students. Sports activies include Cricket, Football, Vollyball etc.Every year, College organizes a sport week. The college has large play ground. It has a 400 M. running track (cinder). available in campus for outdoor games and Cricket.

Vacation Concessions

Students whose permanant place of residence i.e. Home town is other than Rahata are eligible for availing Bus or Rail concession as the case may be, for this purpose, the student should fill in the requisite form before commencing journey.

Extra Curricular Activities

Intellectual development accompanied with the overall personality development leads to the development of a dynamic and versatile students , who can contribute meaningfully to industry and society. Cultural activities are organized to explore the hidden talent and skills among the students. These include Annual Social Gathering, welcome and send-off functions, Teacher's day, Ganesh Festival etc.
